The big thing we haven't talked about yet is probably the most important, the cocktails! Jono is a bar manager and so this is his bread and butter, and I have always enjoyed having my own personal cocktail genius. We have been thinking about how to make sure that we can offer a selection of high quality cocktails from a small space; solving problems like how to keep ice cold with no freezers! We want to be flexible enough to make any and all customers happy but we have agreed that we won't compromise on quality. We have twelve cocktails on our menu (including our signature 'little cocktail') but our staff will be creative and confident enough to veer 'off list' if you or your guests have something particular tickling your fancy. We will stock a full bar so beer, wine, cider - all of the usual suspects - will also be available as the support act to our main performer: the cocktail.
